I have received my Office 365 student login details but they won't work - are they incorrect?

If you are trying to sign in immediately after getting your Office 365 login details, it may not work. This is because the login details are sent as soon as your account is created but there may still be some background set up happening for your account (e.g. assigning you the right licenses, checking single sign on (SSO) for other areas, etc.)

You may also need to double check you are using the login details correctly - if in doubt, enter the details manually into the login screen and make sure you are using lowercase letters when required. For example, you may need to use a lowercase 'S' at the beginning of your student ID number in your email address.

You would have been given a link to the Student Landing Page in the email containing your Office 365 login details - please ensure you use this link, as it will take you to the login screen to enter your login details.
